These terms cover your use of data.family. They do not cover work we do for clients, which is governed by the separate agreement signed for that engagement. Where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.

Using the site

You may read this site and share links to it. You may not copy its content or design for commercial use, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or attempt to interfere with how it runs.

What the content means

Everything here is general information about what we do. It is not technical, legal or financial advice, and nothing on this site forms a contract or an offer. Prices shown are starting points and indicative bands. The actual price for a piece of work comes from a written proposal following an audit, and only a signed agreement binds either of us.

Timelines

Where we refer to fourteen days, that describes our typical delivery for the scope bands described on this site. The committed timeline for your project is the one written into your proposal. App store review times are set by Apple and Google and sit outside anyone's control, so they are treated separately from delivery.

Client names and testimonials

Client names, quotes and logos appear with permission. They remain the property of their owners.

Our content

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to The Data Family Ltd unless marked otherwise.

External links

We link to sites we do not control, including our review and social profiles. We are not responsible for their content.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
